Privacy Policy

The personal data processed by Syntax Demo (henceforth: "the Holder"), are collected from the person concerned or from third parties in the event that the Holder acquires data from external companies for commercial information, market research, direct offers of products or services. If the data are not collected from the subject, the information, including the categories of processed data, is given subject at the time of registration of the data or, when their communication is envisaged, no later than the first communication. In any case, all this data is processed in accordance with the law and the obligations of confidentiality which inspires the activities of the Holder.

Purposes and methods of treatment.

The personal informations will be supplied to the Holder, and / or trusted company of the Holder for the following purposes: collection of pre-contractual information, including financial and economic evaluation of the product; proper management of the contract and its obligations, if any; fulfillment of legal obligations, accounting, tax and any other nature related to the purposes mentioned above; collection of useful information to improve services and products of the Holder through, for example, activity for detection of the degree of customer satisfaction on the quality of services rendered; knowledge of new services and products through, for example, sendindg advertising material concerning products or services or third parties. The Holder may use, subject to its confidence that perform tasks of a technical or organizational, but not limited to: the provision of printing services, packaging, transmission, transport and sorting of communications. The treatments will be processed manually or electronically, or automated, according to logic strictly related to the purposes and in any event so as to ensure the confidentiality and security of personal data.

Categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated and transferred

In addition to the persons specified in the preceding paragraph, the personal data concerning the subject may be disclosed and transferred: to third parties authorized by the Holder to carry out marketing and promotions on behalf of the Holder.

Rights of the person concerned

Article. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 grants the parties concerned the exercise of certain rights. In particular, the user can get from the confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him and their communication in intelligible form.

The party can also ask to know the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of treatment, and the logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic means, the indication of the identity of the owner, manager appointed and the persons or classes of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them. You have the right to obtain the updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law.

You have the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him. These rights may be exercised, including by means of a person, by registered letter sent to the Holder or by e-mail (please refer to the "Contacts" page).

The Holder, to ensure the effective exercise of the rights of the person concerned, shall take appropriate measures to facilitate access to personal data by the interested parties and to streamline the procedures and reduce the time for replying to the applicant.
